Vulcan Flue systems (the trading name of Vulcan Home ltd) was put together by a team of experienced, technically minded and passionate engineers with a simple goal in mind - to create a friendly, professional environment where trade professionals and private clientele would want to go, where they would feel like they were getting the very best of quality in honest and reliable advice, on all flue related topics.
It wouldn't be just another flue installations company, it would be a wealth of in-depth technical and regulatory understanding that always encourages questioning of the 'why and how?' An ever-growing interest in technological advancements and a place where obsessive and articulate design would be nurtured. Safety would be understood by all, practised and prioritised and workmanship would be conducted to the highest of standards by the most conscientious of workmen.
Integrity, pride, attention to detail and curiosity would form the scaffold of our structure, traits of which would always be non-negotiable.
The importance of good working relationships would always be valued and enjoyed, in house and out of house.
Experiencing the boredom of 'standing still' and an appreciation of the importance that self-development has, non-compulsory training would always be available and encouraged.
Time continues to pass but what is important to us, remains. That won't change, it can't - it's too deeply embedded in our DNA.
Our experienced team of Project managers and Chimney engineers, work closely with our customers across London and the South East to ensure projects are delivered effectively and efficiently from initial concept and design to installation. Our engineers are fully trained and certified and buy into our ethos of raising the standards in the flue industry. All engineers receive ongoing training to ensure they continue to meet our high standards of service and delivery. Vulcan is a member of the British Standards Institution and accredited by Safecontractor, Constructionline, CHAS and HETAS.
